 LM Transportes is specialized in corporate fleet outsourcing projects and services. It operates nationwide with the outsourcing of light-, medium- and heavy-duty fleets.

With an experience of more than 30 years operating in this sector and its absolute leadership in the North and Northeast, LM has contracts with public and private companies.

The entire fleet of LM Transportes is allocated in contracts signed with several companies with which LM has relations. LM does not operate with car rentals, only in the business sector.

LM Transportes is a company belonging to Grupo LM and, therefore, it applies the governance structure aligned to all companies of the group.

Its growth has been developed on solid bases of transparency, equality of conditions, rendering of accounts, conformity with laws and corporate responsibility.

In order to ensure these principles, which are described in its Code of Conduct LM Transportes has been improving its internal controls. Its structure counts with a controller's team directly connected to the executive management, an internal audit team, in addition to management, commercial, credit and finance committees.

LM Transportes is totally interconnected by an ERP (an integrated management system), its external audit is carried out by Ernst&Young, in addition to having a shared service center (CSC) where, through service agreements, it shares common tasks to all group's companies, such as finances, accounting, personnel management, etc.

LM Transportes permanently invests in the improvement of its management. The company has the highest management quality standards, being ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Its communication system covers the main elements of a good management, such as strategic planning, developed for two consecutive years together with Ernst&Young, budgeting of results, costs and annual investments for all areas, KPIs of the main processes, annual meeting agendas for monitoring of results and action plans with different remunerations to all executive staff.

Our personnel management practices has been improving, so that out human and intellectual capital are compatible with the growth challenges that we have pursued.

We encourage the self-development of our members, particularly through education at and for work. In a partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral, LM is offering a development plan for all its executives.

Additionally, LM offers the main benefits in the market, such as health plans, dental plans, food tickets, fuel assistance, health insurance, among others.

Once a year, organizational environment surveys are carried out based on the principle Good Place to Work, in addition to wage surveys, among other mechanisms of organizational improvement.

LM Transportes understands that it plays a relevant social role, as it generates jobs and complies with all its tax and fiscal obligations. But the company takes a step forward, since it understands that it must also render accounts to the communities where it operates.

Consequently, LM encourages all its Collaborators to practice exercises and to participate in social and cultural actions. Additionally, the company itself promotes and funds projects in that direction, such as the Clube de Corrida LM, theatre plays, etc.

In addition to that, all its branches are focused on the best practices of environment protection, by collecting the lubricating oil from its fleet, donating tire frames to recycling centers, among other initiatives to protect the environment.
